How long does processing take?

US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Elvarina ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.

Are all items non-returnable?

Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
